10 minutes of 1:1 chat support are included with all initial physiotherapy bookings and you are free to initiate a chat with us on WhatsApp at any time.
If you require any further support in addition to this, top-ups are available to purchase in blocks of 30 minutes to be used as and when you need it as part of a rolling WhatsApp thread.
Each 5 minutes of advice is worth one token. You have 6 tokens of these spend. We will send you this symbol 🟢 with the number of tokens you have left after each exchange. Once all of these are used you will need to purchase a top up.
